You pay a one-time registration fee of € 16,- and € 5,- for your membership card. Beyond that there are no hidden costs, the monthly fee is what you see.
Absolutely! Book a no-obligation trial class and train along to see if the class and the atmosphere suit you.
Youth can start kickboxing from age 5. For fitness you're welcome from age 16.
Sportswear, a towel and water. Kickboxing gloves and wraps are easy to buy in our on-site shop.
